Initial Consultation

Paralegal Plus offers complimentary 20-minute, no-obligation live or virtual consultations where we get the chance to understand your needs and put a plan together to meet those needs. Following your initial consultation, you will be sent an Intake Questionnaire that will assist you in compiling the information we require for your file. In some cases, original or copies of certain documents may be required (ie. marriage certificate, land titles, etc.).

Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the selected service is due with the return of the Intake Questionnaire. The balance is due at the final signing of your documents. Documents will be held until the full balance is paid (up to 90 days). We accept Interac e-transfers, Visa, and MasterCard.
